2. Bookings & Reservations

  • Reservations may be made via website, phone call, text message, or email.

  • All bookings are subject to driver and vehicle availability.

  • A valid payment method or deposit may be required to secure a reservation.

  • The client must provide accurate pickup time, address, and passenger details.

  • Incorrect or missing information may lead to delays or additional charges.

  • Same-day or urgent bookings will be accepted based on availability.

3. Rates & Payment Policy

  • All fares are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices may vary without notice due to fuel rates, demand, or operational requirements.

  • Extra charges may apply for:

    • Excessive waiting time beyond the grace period

    • Additional stops or detours

    • Cleaning or damage to the vehicle

    • Tolls, fuel surcharges, or parking fees

  • Full payment is required at or before the start of service, unless pre-approved arrangements exist.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and secure online transfers.

  • Receipts or invoices can be issued upon request.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We respect your time and kindly request the same consideration for our chauffeurs and scheduling.

b) No-Show Policy

Failure to appear at the pickup location without notification will be treated as a no-show and fully charged.

c) Delays Due to Flights or External Factors

  • Flight monitoring is provided, but clients must notify us of major delays or cancellations.

  • Delays caused by airlines, weather, or traffic are not eligible for refunds.

d) Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Bookings made via partner platforms or travel agencies will follow their policies.

5. Waiting Time Policy

  • A 10-minute grace period applies for regular pickups.

  • After the grace period, waiting fees apply in 15-minute increments.

  • For airport pickups, the grace period starts after passengers confirm they are ready.

  • We are not liable for unforeseen delays related to traffic, weather, or road closures.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

  • Passengers must treat the vehicle and chauffeur respectfully.

  • Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited.

  • Alcohol may only be consumed where permitted by Alberta law.

  • Any damage or cleaning fees resulting from misconduct will be billed to the client.

7. Safety & Liability Disclaimer

  • Seat belts are mandatory for all passengers.

  • Walis Sedan Services is not responsible for lost or left-behind belongings.

  • While we prioritize punctuality, we are not liable for missed flights, appointments, or events caused by uncontrollable factors.

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fare paid for the specific trip.

8. Vehicle Replacement Policy

If unexpected mechanical or operational issues occur, we reserve the right to substitute a comparable or upgraded vehicle at no extra cost.

9. Right to Refuse Service

We may refuse or terminate service if a passenger:

  • Acts in an abusive, unsafe, or unlawful manner, or

  • Violates company policies or provincial laws

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

10. Privacy Commitment

Client information is used strictly for booking and communication purposes.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties unless required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

Walis Sedan Services shall not be held responsible for:
